Submit a speaker proposal
9-11 April 2027 · Sarit Expo Centre, Sarit Centre, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya
How it works
-
Send the proposal
A title, a short abstract, your biography and the format you have in mind — panel, presentation or workshop.
-
Review by the committee
The programme committee reads proposals against the themes and the audience, and comes back with questions or a slot.
-
Confirm the slot
Once the slot is agreed, we need your slides, a headshot and a short biography for the site.
-
Speak at the Sarit Expo Centre
Speakers are briefed on the room, the timing and the AV setup before the show opens.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the audience?
Distributors, retail and cosmetics chains, pharmacies, salon and spa owners, hairdressers, brand owners, formulators, importers and press — a trade audience with buying power.
Can I promote a product?
The conference is editorial, not a sales slot. Product-specific sessions belong on a stand or in a sponsored session; ask the team about the partnership packages.
Do speakers pay to attend?
No. Confirmed speakers receive a speaker badge that covers the three days of the show.
When is the programme published?
Sessions are published on the agenda page as they are confirmed, so the page fills up through the run-up to April 2027.
Can I propose a panel rather than a single talk?
Yes. Panels and workshops are welcome, and the committee will help you find the co-panellists and the length that fits the programme.
Will the session be recorded?
Some sessions are filmed for the show's channels. If yours is one of them, the team asks for your permission before recording and shares the edit with you afterwards.
