Frequently asked questions
When and where is FAB Africa 2027?
9-11 April 2027 at the Sarit Expo Centre, Nairobi, Kenya. The halls are open 10:00-18:00 each day.
Who should visit?
Distributors, wholesalers, private-label buyers, retail and cosmetics chains, pharmacies, salons and spa owners, hairdressers, dermatologists, estheticians, importers and press.
Is registration free?
Yes for trade visitors who register in advance. Registering online means your badge is printed before you arrive and you skip the data-capture queue.
Is the last day open to the public?
Yes. FAB Africa is a three-day B2B trade show with the final day open to consumers, so the halls fill with both trade buyers and the public on day three.
Can I bring colleagues?
Yes — each colleague registers separately so everyone receives their own badge and QR code.
Can I attend as press?
Yes. Register as a trade visitor and mark yourself as press in the form, or write to the team from the contact page and they will arrange accreditation and access to the press area.
Do I need a visa to travel to Kenya?
Most visitors apply for a Kenyan electronic travel authorisation before they fly. The show's team can issue an invitation letter for the application — ask them once your registration is confirmed.
Will the floorplan and exhibitor list be published?
Yes. The exhibitor directory and the floorplan are published on this site as stands are confirmed, so you can plan which stands to visit before you travel rather than queuing at the entrance.
Can students and the public attend?
The first two days are trade only. The final day is open to consumers as well, so students and the public are welcome on that day.
